International women's day is a day to acknowledge and honour women around the world for the contribution we make each day to society. To celebrate the social, economical, and cultural development of women. Marked annually on march 8th international women' s day, is one of the most important day of the year to celebrate women's achievement. As a part of that K. U. C. T Kulakkada also celebrate women' s day on 08/03/2021.The chief guest was NADANABHOOSHANAM Smt. CHITHRA MOHAN(kerala sangeetha natak academy). The programme started at 10.am with a prayer by college choir. Then our principle did the welcome speech after that the inaugural cermony. It inaugurated by our cheif guest by lightning the nilavilakku. After that she gave a wonderful speech about the importance of women. The felicitation by smt. Jeenarani. M. S and Athira madav surya. The programme comes to an end by the vote of thanks of Dr. Nisha A. G. In the afternoon section we conducted Miss KUCTE competition. Divya from the social science won the title miss K. U. C. T. E
